The Magnat Group of Companies was founded in 1991 and is currently the official distributor of Procter&Gamble, Mars, Pepsi Wrigley and others. In addition to distribution of goods “Magnat” provides a wide range of logistics services. The Group has more than 20 representative offices in the Middle and Lower Volga region and in the Urals. The company employs over 2.5 thousand people and has a monthly turnover of over 1.5 billion rubles.

Solution:
Magnat has developed more than 15 analytical applications and QlikView reports, the data of which are used by more than 150 employees, including sales representatives. In addition, the system is actively used by 14 top managers of the company, as well as middle managers.
The QlikView project was recognized by Procter&Gamble, the main partner of GC Magnate, as one of the best analytical solutions among distributors in 2015.
As a result of the implementation of the QlikView analytical system, key users can promptly solve the tasks of:

Sales Department. Uses BI-system to track marketing campaigns and segmentation of the customer base based on history on work with counterparties.

Supply Chain Management. GC employees are now able to quickly (in a few clicks) obtain data on supply chain management, compare seasonality periods among themselves, and delve into the details of operations - down to the specific goods sold to a retail outlet.

IT Department. Increased the speed of development of new analytical reports and reduced labor costs for system revision and maintenance.
